What does real growth look like?
Many people equate growth with metrics like acquiring 10 new accounts, moving into a huge facility, or investing in expensive equipment.
However, true growth can be as simple as:
- One handshake
- One t-shirt sold at an event
- One new follower on social media
- One response to an email
- One returned call
- One new podcast episode uploaded
When I take a step back and view growth through this perspective, I appreciate the significance of the small things. Each t-shirt sale, handshake, and email response holds a lot of value.
Every interaction we have is the most important interaction we've ever had.
We have to make it count.
